This work will lead to a written and/or oral report.
Le Grand Vivier - School in Chièvres
Le Grand Vivier, a "New Education" school inspired by the municipal schools of Buzet and Saint-Gérard with the support of their promoter, Mr Pepinster, Inspector honorary, instigator of the GBEN (Belgian Group of New Education).
"A free man shouldn't learn anything as a slave" Plato
Belgium is a great country for education. Indeed, they benefit from one of the highest student supervision rates in the world. On the other hand, the freedom of the Organizing Powers in the choice of learning methods is guaranteed by the Constitution of 1831 and recalled by the School Pact of 1959.
With the current crisis period that humanity is living, it is urgent to train united and optimistic creative citizens because Man has been able to cross all the perils of History essentially by uniting and inventing, with faith in a better future.
From then, the school of Chièvres concretize day by day its audacious but very opportune educational project approved by the inspection and the educational advice. The team of teachers and parents can count on the support of pedagogues who are already creating the School of the Future all over the country.
